Divya pivoted into Human-Computer Interaction from a psychology background, but she’s always felt that what psychology and HCI had in common is the emphasis on learning from, and improving on the experience of being human and the interactions that follow. After graduating from Northeastern University, Divya worked in Sleep Medicine at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and with the Mobile and Electronic Health Collaborative at Boston University. As part of the InterDigital Capstone team, she hopes to anchor the project with a strong foundation in research while getting a chance to exercise the creativity and design skills that she missed while working as a Clinical Technician. In her spare time, Divya enjoys horror podcasts, playing piano, bullet journaling, and anything to do with animals (especially her hedgehog, Morty).
